Personal customers
If you experience any issues with PayID, please call us on 1300 655 505 8am-8pm Mon-Sun Sydney time, or +61 2 9155 7700 from overseas.
Business customers
If you cannot register your ABN as a PayID or have any other issues, please call the our help desk on 1300 655 505 8am-8pm Mon-Sun Sydney time, or +61 2 9155 7700 from overseas and mention ‘ABN PayID’.
