How do I disable or unlink a Westpac account from the Westpac Banking skill?
To unlink an account, you will first need to disable the Westpac Banking skill. You can disabled the skill by:
- Opening the Alexa app and navigating to ‘Skills’ in the main menu
- Search for ‘Westpac’
- Select the ‘Westpac Banking’ skill
- ‘Disable skill’.
Or visit alexa.amazon.com.au, navigate to ‘Skills’, search for and select the ‘Westpac Banking’ skill, then select ‘Disable Skill’.
To update which accounts are linked; enable the skill again and select your eligible accounts when prompted.
